TEHRAN, Dec. 18 (MNA) – The 22nd International Storytelling Festival is underway at the Center for Cultural and Artistic Creations of the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults until December 21. The festival's puppet carnival runs a course from Hijab St. to Laleh Park twice a day, in the mornings and evenings.
