This dazzling House is located in New Ab Anbar Neighborhood in Sari and has two residential parts from Qajar and Pahlavid eras.

The old Fazeli building is historically, artistically and culturally significant in terms of brick decorations inside the interior yard, doors and windows and architecture features.

Building decorations include brick works (in lot forms) on all yard walls and traditional designs created by bricks inside the building at Qajar era.
